Great video my friend. I am starting a mobile locksmith business and I worked in the past in TSCM (technical security countermeasures). Really cool. Are you still in pen testing?
2007 (Alternate labeling for the 2341 key) was at one point used for some Motorola (the two way radio one, not the phones and broadband one) equipment cabinets, and every key using that blank that I've seen has also been associated with Motorola. My 2135 was labeled as an elevator key when I bought it, so I know they're used for other purposes, but Motorola radios and equipment cabinets are the only places I've ever had to use them.
Boy what a key you have the 2341 and 2007 is mainly for Parking Lot gates control panels. This key may also be compatible with some other keyed similar locks like soda machines as you mentioned.
This video is no longer true. No point in keeping it up anymore. There are now about 12 different keys that are used for their locks and good integrators will never keep the old 120 key-way in them for this reason.
Truly a piece laptop history treasure. Unbelievable it is still running flawlessly 2023! Amazing 25years still operable. Got a question, wondering if it can convert to SATA HD? Thanks!
Oh man great question, spec wise I'm not super sure it would be handle that? (Take that with a grain of salt it's just an educated guess!) But they're are definitely some janky ways that an adapter could be manufactured for it, if you really wanted to throw some ideas at it, I think it could be done. Sorry for the late response!
@@FortyTwoSu42 tested and it worked just fine! The BIOS only support upto 512G ssd, unfortunately DELL site do not any support on this machine anymore. Hey thanks for the reply!
There are two different A126 keys for gates. The one you have is more limited than the liftmater operator A126. The liftmaster A126 works with all A126 locks. where Linear A126 only works on keypads. The difference is Linear is 4 pin key and liftmaster is 5 pin key. The linear key you have is used on access base tele entries and access base control cabinets.
I have spent days looking for the particular key you mentioned. I cannot, for the life of me, find a 5-pin Liftmaster A126. Can you give me any more info on a place to source it? Is it called something else? This has been driving me nuts! :p
@@StewartsRootBeer Liftmaster Q084 is the 5 pin A126 lock and key the kit is the only way you can order the 5 pin key that I know of. Linear A126 is the 4 pin key. Theres not lock available separately that I know of. A Y11 44121 will work

Helpful video. My apartment complex uses this for the parking garage. Had to use this knowledge when my gate clicker stopped working
